Yesterday night dow hit the first target as mentioned in http://jerrytechnicals.blogspot.com/2009/11/technical-analysis-of-dow-jones-djia.html

Nifty

Readers would have made reasonable money in nifty future today as nifty moved from

long level to 4901 before going on a sideways march.

RELIANCE CAPITAL

Readers would have had 3 chances to trade long in relcap today.

First it opened just above long level and moved to target 2.

Then it corrected to long level and moved to target 1.

Third time traders would have had their stop loss triggered, but a reversal of trade to short would have

recovered the loss.

My Trade in Bank Nifty

Though a blind short at R2 would have been best trade in BNF today, i did not

venture into any trade in BNF as it was sandwitched between R1 and R2 for most part of the day.

Bull Level - Nifty Future

Buy nifty future at 4865 with 4830 as stop loss for targets 4930, 4965, 5000.

Bear Level - Nifty Future

Breaking 4830 short nifty future on retracment to 4845 with stop loss at 4870 for

targets 4805, 4770, 4740.

RELIANCE CAPITAL(RELCAPITAL) - BULL PICK

Reliance Capital future crossing 817 buy at 812 with stop loss of 804 for targets 826, 841, 850.

Note : Avoid this trade if the stock opens above target 2.

Nifty triggered short level, drifted to 4640 and then triggered stop loss.

After trigerring SL, retraced to 4679 and moved up till 4711.

Readers would have made a loss of brokerage charges today.

Nifty tanks

Having closed below the fibonacci confluence level of 4750, a crash of this magnitude was natural and expected.

On October 22 i had writen to exit all long positions. Since then nifty has tanked almost 600 points. The same holds

true for most index stocks. Fibonacci analysis at its best.

Although nifty achieved all short targets, entry level was not met.

Trading the Bank nifty

I executed two trades in bank nifty. BNF opened near S1 level which grabbed my attention.

I have annotated all the trades in the chart given below.

This is profit that a reader would have made in the month of october by following

the recommended trades on the blog. It is assumed that the reader would have traded

two lots of nifty future and one lot of stock future.

Stock Market Today - Flashback

Flashback

Nifty crossed long level and almost achieved first target.

From there, readers would have printed the almighty dollar as nifty triggered short level and

nosedived to target 2 of short.

Trading the bank nifty




I did a trade in bank nifty today which i would like share here.

See the following chart

BNF got resisted at R4 level at open, made a reversal bar at 10.15.

Now the low of 10.30 bar which is around 8615 becomes significant for the rest of the day.

As BNF is already above R4 i am not looking for any long trades.

A short will be created for me when a 15 minute bar closes below 8615.

Sure enough it happened a few bars later.

Now i wait for a retest of the 8615 area which happened 2 bars later and the retest failed.

So i entered short at 8588 with stoploss of 8615 at the close of the retest failure bar.

Two bars later, i exit with a bucket load of money at 8385, which is S1 level given.

A neat 200 points trade for a stop loss of 30 points.

R4 proved to be the winner level for today.

Flashback

Although nifty future achieved all targets of long level, readers may not have been

able to take advantage as the entry level was not met. Two days back i had writen

that 4750 will be first support for nifty in this down move and today is precisely

where nifty decided to take support.

Nifty future Bull Level

Nifty future crossing 4835 buy on retracment to 4825 with stop loss at 4797 for targets

4870, 4905, 4945.

Nifty future Bear Level

If stop loss of nifty future short is triggered, trade may be reversed to short for targets 4735,

4700 and 4670.

There is no stock reccomendation for tomorrow.
