BANKNifty - Indian Stock Market Weekly Outlook 12 April 2010 till 16 April 2010

BNF

Readers who bought BNF according to our article last week would have booked humungous profits.

(link)

BANK NIFTY

This week 9810 will be critical level for BNF. Crossing and trading 9810 with volumes BNF can move to 9881, 9955, 10025.

On the other hand reversal from near 9810 will mean huge BNF straightaway moving down to supports of 9700 and 9628.

Breaking and trading below 9580 would terminate the recent upmove in BNF and it will correct to 9500, 9450 and 9400 in the

coming week.

BANKNifty - Indian Stock Market Weekly Outlook 5 April 2010 till 9 April 2010

RECAP

Last week bank nifty future did not trigger any trade for us as neither support nor reistance level came into play.

BANK NIFTY FUTURE WEEKLY OUTLOOK

BNF has closed just above support level of 9515 this week.

Reversal from 9515 will take BNF straight to 9605 and 9630 which are huge resistances for the week ahead.

Trading above 9655 with volumes will create a breakout trade in BNF which could easily take BNF to 9700 and 9750.

BNF will be weak only below 9480 which might bring correction in BNF prices to the extent of 9438, 9420, 9390.

Bank Nifty - Weekly Outlook 22 March 2010 till 26 March 2010

RECAP:

Last week we had written that trading above 9125, BNF will make a move to 9305.

BNF pretty much traded as per the weekly analysis.

BANK NIFTY

Coming week could present interesting trading oppurtunities in BANK NIFTY.

Trading above 9305 will make BNF extremely positive and it can race to 9370 and 9440 in days itself.

Weekly support for BNF is placed at 9215 this week.

For BNF to become really weak, it has to break and trade below 9075.

In such a scenario it will drift easily to last week's low of 9001.

Breaking and trading below last week's low can bring in significant correction to the extent of 8925 and 8855.

BANK NIFTY

BNF13032010.JPG

Bank Nifty has crossed and closed above near term trend line which indicates bullishness.

On the other hand breaking and trading below 9087, will induce a short term correction in BNF prices , which could take the index to even 8970 with minor

supports at 9047 and 9000.

It promises to be yet another suffocating week for traders next week. Let us see how it turns out !!!

Nifty Weekly Outlook 08 March to 12 March 2010

RECAP

We had written in last week's outlook that nifty will scale to highs above 5015.

What happened last week was nifty followed the blog precisely :-)

Link to last week's outlook: http://jerrytechnicals.blogspot.com/2010/02/week-after-budget-how-to-trade-nifty.html

Nifty next week:

All short term indicators on the daily chart are in overbought mode indicating that nifty might take a pause in the coming week.

For the momentum to continue on upside, nifty must trade above 5181 with volumes next week,

Reversal from 5140 - 5165 area which is Fibonacci confluence resistance zone will take nifty to 5070.

Breaking and trading below 5025 will indicate that corrective mode has set in on nifty and will move

down to 4990, 4950. 4950 area is crucial Fibonacci confluence support zone which the bulls must

defend in order to cross the earlier high of 5303.

In the scenario of nifty future breaking and trading below 4835, it will move to 4796 and 4754.

Breaking and trading above 5015 with volumes will take nifty to 5055, 5095 and 5150 very easily.

Weekly outlook for Indian Stock Market 25th Jan - 29 jan 2010 Nifty

reliance ad.gif

Nifty

Last week nifty panned out exactly like what we had written.

http://jerrytechnicals.blogspot.com/2010/01/weekly-outlook-for-indian-stock-market.html

4920 will be level to watch on downside next week. If 4920 is held nifty will attempt a pullback to 5115.

Trading above 5115 with volumes, the extenstion targets are 5160, 5260 and 5340.

On the otherhand, failure to hold 4920 would mean nifty will correct to the first target of 4828 which is strong support

region. Trading below 4828 with volumes will open up down side targets of 4735, 4650 and 4575.

Weekly outlook for Indian Stock Market 18th Jan - 22 jan 2010 Nifty

Last week we had writen that below 5240 nifty will fall to 5175 ( see link http://jerrytechnicals.blogspot.com/2010/01/nifty-weekly-outlook-11-january-till-15.html).

Nifty low for last week was 5176.

Nifty is range bound so far. And we have been using bands to trade.

Bands are currently placed at

1) 5386

2) 5229

3) 5172

4) 5115

5) 4960

These bands indicate huge support and resistance areas and any reversal from these would be powerful.

Fibonacci

5258 would be break out point for bulls in the week ahead. Trading above 5258 with volumes 5315 and 5340 are the fibonacci

extension targets. Once 5258 is crossed with volumes, 5220 should act as strong suport.

On the other hand, if after crossing 5258 nifty breaks and trade below 5190, bears would knock nifty down to 5100 and 5050 in the

coming week.
